Dan began his roofing career in 1986. He had the vision and saw the need for consulting services in the industry. Dan successfully built ARC Services to be one of California's most respected organizations of it's kind. In loving memory of our Founder, ARC Services will forever serve your community. 

Dax grew up with ARC Services, starting at the bottom carrying tiles and working his way up the ladder in our organization. Dax has become the heartbeat of our company since 2005. His dedication and commitment to our clients has earned the loyalty of a growing list of long-term relationships.

Michael R. Morris entered the roofing business in 1984. In 1992, he obtained his Class B general contractor license and C-39 roofing license. Over the years, he has developed Bienek Roofing-Construction, Inc, a large HOA commercial and residential roofing company who recently has merged with ARC Services to better serve Southern California. 

Randy works closely with all of our clients from start to finish, to ensure each project is given the attention to detail it needs. He brings a background in construction project management and oversees our consulting phases.  His focus is to bring your job to completion on time and within budget.  

From repairs, to carpentry, to re-roofs, Jeff possesses a high level of expertise in roofing. He has over 35 years of experience and gives each project the detail it needs to be done right the first time. Jeff has a very strong reputation for high quality work and has been with ARC Services for over 15 years. 

Kelly oversees our accounting and customer service to help coordinate projects, especially during our busier seasons. She has a background in business management and marketing. With her organization and general oversight, she can help you with your questions.
