We have successfully performed thousands of roof repairs on both pitched and flat roofing systems. We pride ourselves in repairing your leaky roof correctly the first time. We do roof repairs the old fashion way, i.e. we visually locate the area of the source of the water entry from both inside the building and on the roof, take the roof apart until we verify our findings by locating the water stains on the roof deck (normally plywood) then repair it to better than it was originally with new under-layments, new sheet metal flashings and new roofing materials as applicable. WE FIND THIS PROCESS IS RARELY USED BY OUR COMPETITION. WE TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM THE FIRST TIME.
