MAINTENANCE


This area should probably read “Roof and Gutter Maintenance” as this is the bulk of our maintenance business.  We’ve now performed roof and gutter cleaning and maintenance for over 100 HOA customers.

Most commercial property owners / managers have roof and gutter cleaning and maintenance performed every year as they realize the value of the roofing system as one of the association’s largest assets.  FYI, the value of most 150 unit HOA’s roofing systems will almost always exceed 1 million dollars, so it makes sense to maintain your roofs and gutters.

Many HOA’s and property managers are now beginning to follow suit and are asking for a roof and gutter cleaning and maintenance “budget” to be included in their annual budget, so that this important service can be performed regularly.  Roof and gutter cleaning and maintenance will extend the life of the roofing and gutter systems and reduce water entry issues and the costs for repairing the resulting interior damages.
