Decks

 We began re-coating and repairing leaky or failing “coated” walk-out decks in about 2002 as we had trouble finding a reputable decking contractor.  We’ve now successfully re-coated or repaired over a 100 walk-out decks.  Many of our HOA customers / Property Managers had deteriorating, leaky walk-out decks and were looking for a reputable deck contractor with the correct licenses and insurance to work for HOAs.  There are quite a few options when repairing a coated deck. 

 We have two master carpenters on staff and have successfully repaired and built wooden decks for more than 10-years.  We have also performed deck “surveys” for HOA customers and have repaired structural issues with wooden decks. 

  We also offer synthetic decking materials for clients who prefer a longer lasting, termite and rot resistant decking material.  Synthetic lumber also makes a good stair railing “hand hold” when exposed to the elements.  There are now more synthetic lumber options and colors than ever
